Due to the nature of our business, exchanges are not accepted after 7 days of delivery date. Items can be returned for exchange or store credit only. No items will be accepted without a return authorization number (RA#). To obtain an RA# you can call or email us. All closeout items (dis) are non-exchangable. The RA# must be written on the outside of the return package and on the return form included with your invoice. If this number is not on the return packaging the package will be refused and sent back. Items must be shipped back with a tracking number that you email to us at contact@sproutmaternityclothes.com before any exchanges can be shipped out.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. International orders are responsible for any duties charged by your country.  Any duties on returns, will be taken out of your credit.  If you would like to exchange an item please write on the invoice the item you are returning and the item you would like to receive in return. In order to serve you better we would like to know the reason for your return/exchange. Any credit card chargebacks or bounced checks will receive automatic $25 charge.
